Documents You Upload

When you use OfferPresenter, you upload PDF documents such as purchase agreements, pre-approval letters, addendums, and other real estate transaction documents. These documents may contain sensitive information including buyer and seller names, property addresses, financial terms, and contact information for agents, lenders, and other parties.

Generated Content

We store the offer summaries, cover letters, email drafts, and comparison data that our service generates from your uploaded documents. This allows you to access your package history and re-download past packages.

Automatically Collected Information

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services. We do not place advertising cookies on your device. Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and access times for security and operational purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and maintain your account and professional letterhead
• Process your uploaded documents to extract offer terms and generate cover letters, email drafts, and comparison reports
• Store your package and comparison history so you can re-download them
• Communicate with you about your account or our service
• Maintain the security and integrity of our service

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your documents to train AI models. We do not display advertising.

4. How We Process Your Documents

When you upload documents, they are temporarily stored for processing. The content of your documents is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API to extract structured data such as offer terms, property details, and financial information. This extracted data is used to generate your cover letters, email drafts, and comparison reports.

Anthropic processes document content under their API privacy policy, which states that API inputs are not used to train their models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate OfferPresenter:

• Clerk -- Authentication and account management. Handles your login credentials and session security.
• Anthropic (Claude API) -- AI-powered document extraction and content generation. Processes the content of your uploaded documents.
• Vercel -- Application hosting and temporary file storage. Hosts our application and temporarily stores uploaded files during processing.
• Neon -- Database hosting. Stores your account information, package history, and comparison data.

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and security practices. We select providers that maintain appropriate security standards for the data they handle.

6. Data Retention

Your account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Package and comparison history is retained so you can re-download past work. Uploaded document files are temporarily stored during processing and are not retained long-term.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit, secure authentication through Clerk, and access controls on our database and infrastructure.
