OfferPresenter was built by Mark Gores, a Minnesota real estate agent, for his own offer days, and it is the tool he uses on his own deals. The packages and comparisons it produces are the ones that go out to listing agents and sellers on his transactions.

FAQ

Common questions

What documents can I upload?
Purchase agreements, pre-approval letters, proof of funds, disclosures, addendums, and counteroffers, either as separate files or as one compiled package. They are combined into a single clean PDF in the order you choose.
What file types are supported?
PDF files only, up to 32 MB each. Most MLS systems, form platforms, and e-signature tools export to PDF.
How does it read my documents?
A large language model, Anthropic's Claude, reads each PDF and pulls out the terms: price, earnest money, financing, contingencies, dates, and so on. You review every extracted value before anything is generated or sent, and you can correct any of them.
Can I edit the cover letter before sending?
Yes. The extracted terms, the cover letter, and the email draft can all be edited before you download the final package.
How does the letterhead work?
Enter your name, brokerage, and contact information when you set up your account, and add your logo if you have one. Every cover letter is produced on that letterhead.
How many offers can I compare at once?
Up to 20 purchase agreements in one comparison. The grid switches to landscape once there are four or more offers.
Is my data secure?
Your documents are processed only to build your package or comparison. Uploaded files are deleted automatically within about a day. Package PDFs stay available only while their 30-day share link is live, then they are deleted too. Your history keeps the extracted terms, cover letter, and email draft, and you can delete those whenever you like. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
Can I get to past packages?
Your history keeps the extracted terms, cover letter, and email draft for every package, and the full grid for every comparison. The package PDF itself stays available through its share link for 30 days after you create it.
Can I use this from my phone?
Yes. OfferPresenter works in a mobile browser. When a package is ready, tap Send Email to open the drafted email, share link included, in Mail, Gmail, or Outlook. You can also download the PDF and attach it yourself.
What does it cost?
Nothing. OfferPresenter is free to use, with no credit card and no tiers. There is a generous daily limit on how many documents one account can process, which only exists to keep a runaway script from running up the bill.
